Nature around and related facilities, pool, hotel enterteinment facilities, near town. Restaurant and terrace are great. Hotel staff.
Outside facilities are beautiful in a new modern classic, but rooms are old (furniture, bathroom, toillet, carpet, doors, etc)

Location to the Amusement park in Hellendoorn along with the hip bar, very good restaurant and game room (in the basement). A nice pool too.
Our room was rather cold even after I thought I turned up the heater. We stayed on the lower floor (100's) and it is where the maids gather in the morning before they begin to clean the rooms. They were very noisy with their chatter and giggles at 8:00 - disturbed us both mornings that we were there.

Great choice for my business trip, convenient for attending the roundtable discussion. The hotel provided me with excellent conference facilities and the opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings during breaks.
I missed having a dedicated workspace in my room for completing work tasks efficiently.

I was impressed by the beautiful, grand entrance of the hotel. The lobby was bright and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The overall decoration of the hotel gave it a classy and elegant feel, which I appreciated as a senior woman. It felt welcoming and comfortable, and I felt at ease during my stay.
One thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. It would have been helpful to have someone readily available to help carry my bags or assist me with any needs I had.

Location was perfect for me because I had a meeting with a company based nearby.
I was happy with everything except one person in the reception in the morning of 27th of November. However, one bad experience with one person did not change my opinion about the hotel which is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This family-oriented hotel was a total game-changer for our anniversary celebration! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking walking paths and endless opportunities for stunning photos. The bed was so comfortable, and the spacious room had a nice big bath that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we can't wait to come back for a longer visit. The room layout, although a little dated, had a charm of its own. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the added touch of bathrobes and slippers made us feel truly pampered. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with an abundance of delicious options. In short, this hotel exceeded our expectations on every level and provided us with a memorable retreat from city life. We highly recommend it!

The hotel is a long way from the town but very convenient for the main A1 road across Holland - we used it as an overnight stop on our trip. Staff were excellent and very helpful - making us a snack after the kitchen had closed. Hotel is comfortable and clean and room was good size. Only slight reservation is that it was quite expensive for what it was.

I recently stayed at Fletcher Hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by woods. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. Although the food quality was mixed, with some dishes being very nice and others falling below expectations, the breakfast had a good choice and quality. The room layouts were good, although they could be a little dated. it was a great retreat after being in the city, and perfect for families as well.
Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

Very nice surroundings and the hotel itself was nicely furnished, particularly the public spaces. There were various comfortable and cosy seating areas. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The beds were far too narrow for north american standards and when I asked for a room with bigger beds, I was told that all rooms had the same beds! I slept very poorly for a week! Room maintenance and cleaning was very inconsistent. One day one pillow was on the bed, two pillows were on the floor. Sometimes we got new cups and shampoo, sometimes we did not. One day we got one fresh towel instead of two. During the entire stay we got one small piece of soap until, on day 4, I asked for another one. The room had crumbs on the floor when we arrived, they were still there when we left 7 days later. No vacuuming! The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices but was identical every day. Always scrambled or boiled egg, no french toast, ommelette or waffles. Worst bacon I ever saw, grey instead of brown because it was barely cooked and dripping in grease.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! As a family celebrating our anniversary, we were thrilled with the family-oriented atmosphere. The hotel had great facilities for kids downstairs and a lovely walking path for the older ones. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the luxurious touch of bathrobes and slippers. The location was quiet and beautifully situated, offering stunning surroundings. The quality of food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations, and the swimming pool was a refreshing bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat after being in the city.

The hotel's decoration exudes a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The general areas are well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas. The hotel's location in the beautiful Dutch woods allows for peaceful walks and a connection with nature, which is ideal for seniors looking for tranquility.
Only a small improvement I wish for is better communication from the children working there regarding the amenities and facilities available, as it would enhance the overall experience for senior guests.
